- Made from ASTM graded ductile Iron casting with the brinell hardness 241-302 and doing special treatments to avoid bending and wear & tear, assembly, parts are made from high quality alloy steel duly hardened & ground to achieve the longer life
- Leaf spring are made from Inconel alloy steel, which keeps well strengthen during the operation & Compression spring made from silicon wire
- Neck ring arm thickness and groove face are Parallel & Square within high accuracy to support the consistent bottle productions at the customer end.
